Lucy Frew Naturopath

I’m Lucy Frew, a Naturopath with over 25 years of experience in herbal medicine, nutrition, and functional testing and holistic health. I graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) and hold an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and a Diploma in Nutrition. As a long-standing member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), I prioritize ongoing education, completing a minimum of 20 hours of Continuing Education each year.

My career includes five years as a Naturopathic Advisor for Blackmores and collaboration with esteemed medical practitioners in multidisciplinary clinics, paving the way for integrated patient care. In 2016, I opened my own clinic, where I’ve worked with thousands of clients to help them achieve optimal health.

I specialize in women’s hormonal imbalances, Menopause, Perimenopause, PMS issues, gut health, ADHD, skin conditions, thyroid issues, and helping people recover their health post Cancer treatment. I believe in empowering my clients through knowledge and compassionate care, guiding them from symptom management to thriving wellness.

When I’m not in the clinic, I’m a proud mother of two boys and a cat lover. I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others on their health journeys!
